We are currently hiring at various levels of experience (from entry-level to those with established experience).The responsibilities of the role will depend partially on the candidate, but will include a combination of:
- Development and maintenance of a range of models and digital tools, used to deliver insights in a cost-effective way (primarily programming in R initially, but with growing exposure to a range of other languages)
Longevity Modeller - London/Glasgow/Toronto
Key responsibilities will include:
- Calibration of baseline mortality models (for each of UK, US and Canada) using a range of statistical techniques, including logistic regression
- Model validation using a range of techniques, including actuarial goodness-of-fit testing
Director, Business Development, Insurer Sales
Key Responsibilities
- Networking with life (re)insurers in the US to develop relationships and raise awareness of Club Vita capabilities; as many of Club Vita’s clients operate multi-national, this role will necessarily have a global component
- Developing and presenting business proposals to meet the needs of prospective clients, including creating fresh content when appropriate
